TikTok integration
Short version. A Kaito-SMM user connects their own TikTok account through TikTok's official login. The user prepares a video and a caption in Kaito-SMM and, after reviewing a preview, either sends it to their TikTok drafts or publishes it to their account. Nothing is sent to TikTok without the user's explicit action. We do not read the account's followers, comments or messages.
The TikTok connection is being enabled in stages and depends on TikTok's app review; until TikTok approves the app, TikTok itself may limit what can be published.
1. About the service
Kaito-SMM (kaito-smm.ru) is a web service in which small businesses, freelance SMM specialists and agencies prepare content (texts, images, short videos) and publish it to their own social accounts. It is operated by sole proprietor Valery Vladimirovich Temnikov, Izhevsk, Russia (see Contacts). TikTok is one of the networks a user can connect.
2. Sign-in with TikTok (Login Kit)
- The user signs in to Kaito-SMM, opens Integrations for their project and presses Connect TikTok.
- The user is redirected to TikTok's own authorization page and sees the permissions requested. Kaito-SMM never sees or stores the user's TikTok password.
- After the user presses Authorize, TikTok returns the user to Kaito-SMM with a one-time code. Our server exchanges the code for tokens; the request is tied to the user's session by a random
statevalue which we verify. - Kaito-SMM shows which account is connected (display name and avatar). The user can disconnect it at any time.
3. Permissions we request and why

We do not request permissions we do not use. The app does not collect data about TikTok audiences beyond user.info.basic.
4. Uploading and publishing: only on the user's action
- The user creates or uploads a vertical video and writes a caption in their Kaito-SMM project. Only videos the user prepared or uploaded themselves are used.
- The user chooses Send to TikTok drafts or Publish to TikTok.
- For publishing, the screen shows the target TikTok account and a preview of the video and caption, and asks the user to choose: who can view the post (the privacy level is chosen by the user, with no default value, from the options TikTok allows for that account); whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed (off by default); and whether the video promotes the user's own brand or is a paid partnership (commercial content disclosure). The user also sees TikTok's music usage confirmation.
- The video is sent to TikTok only when the user presses the final button. Kaito-SMM then shows the status (processing, published, or failed with the reason given by TikTok).
We do not post automatically, in bulk, on a hidden schedule or to accounts the user does not own. Videos made with AI should be labeled as such according to TikTok's rules; the user is responsible for that choice.
5. What data we receive and store

The data is used only to provide the function the user requested. It is not sold, not shared with third parties other than the processors listed in the Privacy Policy and TikTok itself, and is not used for advertising, profiling or AI model training. Data is hosted with Netlify, Inc. (USA). Each customer can see only their own connections; this is checked on the server for each request.
6. How to revoke access
- In Kaito-SMM: Integrations, then Disconnect next to TikTok. The stored tokens are deleted from our storage.
- In TikTok: in the TikTok app open Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then the list of connected apps and services, and remove Kaito-SMM (menu names may change). After that publishing stops and the connection is marked "reconnect needed".
7. How to delete your data
Disconnecting TikTok deletes the tokens immediately. To delete your account and all related data (including everything received from TikTok), write from your account e-mail to info@kaito-smm.ru with the subject "Data deletion"; we delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail. 8. What we do not do
- We do not store TikTok passwords.
- We do not read followers, comments, messages or analytics of the user's TikTok account through this connection.
- We do not circumvent TikTok's rules or limits. If TikTok restricts an app or an account (for example, private-only visibility before an app has passed TikTok's audit, daily limits or regional restrictions), we show the result as it is and do not promise publication where TikTok does not allow it.
- We do not claim to be a TikTok partner. Kaito-SMM is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its owner.
